Job Description:

We are recruiting for a handyman to join our building and refurbishment company based in Iver Heath. We are looking to speak with candidates who are polite, professional and will enjoy a varied role in a busy and demanding environment. The work will be based in London/Outer London, predominately in areas such as; Chalfont St Peter, Slough, Southbank, Central London, Ruislip, Feltham, Greenford and Hayes.

Skills and competencies:

• Proven experience as handyman

• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

• Basic understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC systems

• Basic math skills

• Good communication ability

• Well-organised and apt in problem-solving

• Attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence (required)

• Site Qualifications such as; CSCS, PASMA, IPAF and/or Trade cards (preferred)

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience

Hours of Work:

Mon – Fri, 06:00 – 15:00. The hours are flexible and overtime will be required outside of these hours for call outs

Approximate Start date will be December/January

Benefits:

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
